Senior Paid Media Strategist

Seattle, WA

VOGLIO is a performance marketing agency that helps businesses grow through smart, data-driven strategy and our Associates are at the core of making that strategy come to life.

We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and client partnership. As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you’ll lead complex campaigns across search and social platforms, manage key client relationships, and shape how we deliver performance marketing at scale.

This role is perfect for someone who brings deep channel expertise, clear and confident communication, and a track record of driving strategic outcomes. You'll work autonomously, mentor junior teammates, and help raise the bar across our Paid Media team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own campaign strategy, structure, and performance across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing
  • Lead account planning and roadmapping with clients and internal collaborators
  • Design and implement optimization strategies based on performance data and business goals
  • Conduct segmentation analysis, A/B tests, and performance audits to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the senior point of contact in client communications, including performance reviews and strategic discussions
  • Present insights, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly—even in ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Data teams to ensure integrated messaging and audience targeting
  • Document and share best practices to support team-wide improvements
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to junior team members on both client communication and campaign execution

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations with clarity
  • Expertise in campaign architecture, segmentation, optimization, and budget pacing
  • High level of proficiency with Excel or Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting statistically sound results
  • Strong organization, project management, and follow-through across concurrent initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Is This You?

  • You lead with clarity, translating performance data into actionable recommendations clients and teammates can trust
  • You take initiative, work independently, and own outcomes from start to finish
  • You manage complex projects without losing sight of the details
  • You build strong relationships with clients and communicate clearly under pressure
  • You enjoy mentoring others and contributing to a team culture of continuous learning

What Makes This Role Unique

  • This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where communication is as important as execution. Success in this position requires more than just technical skill - it requires the ability to influence decisions, lead conversations, and keep projects moving forward even when the path isn’t fully defined. If you're a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a bias toward action, you’ll thrive here.
