Role Significance
As our Growth Account Manager for SEA & India, you're not just managing accounts, you're cultivating relationships. Your role is pivotal in nurturing our existing tech-forward client base while also identifying and engaging with emerging high-growth companies. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your sales acumen and network.
- Drive substantial revenue and margin growth across the Focused Markets - Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines and India.
- Strategically manage and expand your portfolio of accounts, enhancing their value through upselling and cross-selling new Vonage services and features.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Engage with various internal teams (pre-sales, engineering, product managers, pricing, marketing, operations, etc.) to secure the necessary resources for deal closure.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to align project scope, balancing diverse team demands to deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to customer success management post-implementation through ongoing, supportive client engagement.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Strategic Sales Acumen: Utilize a solution-focused approach to maintain and expand a robust pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets with innovative strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Vonage pre-sales engineers, effectively communicating customer objectives and spearheading internal efforts to realize these goals.
- Time Management Expertise: Thrive in Vonage's fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks that yield the most significant impact, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Market Insight Contribution: Provide valuable field insights to leadership, influencing strategic planning and budget allocations for regional investments.
- Forecasting Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional forecasting abilities, showcasing the foresight and reliability expected of a visionary business leader.
Application Prerequisites:
- Seasoned Experience: At least 5 years in technology sales, with a focus on CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud, Voice or A2P messaging.
- Proven Growth Driver: A verifiable history of generating new business growth in emerging markets.
- Performance Excellence: A consistent record of meeting or surpassing KPIs and sales quotas.
- Relationship Mastery: A proven talent for forging robust relationships with senior executives across multiple departments.
- Innovative Self-Starter: A blend of creativity, curiosity, and adaptability, coupled with the ability to excel independently and in team settings.
