CFIUS Project Manager
Vonage has created the Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office to be responsible for driving and monitoring compliance against Vonage’s CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States) requirements following the acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious CFIUS Project Manager to join this growing team.
The CFIUS Project Manager is responsible for leading projects to implement and enhance the compliance framework within our organization. You will help manage the multiple transformational projects designed to enable enhanced sustained compliance with the CIFUS regulatory requirement. You will be responsible for driving and tracking progress, documenting meeting notes, actions, coordinating meetings and preparing for audits.

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on compliance projects while working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance policies and procedures are reviewed and integrated into Vonage’s operations.
- Assembles project teams and aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources.
- Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
- Manages project scopes, issues, risks and estimates work efforts. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.
- Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs.
- Communicates project statuses to stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate audit processes requested by key external partners.
Requirements:
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing compliance projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, effectively communicating complex compliance issues to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge or experience with CFIUS is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management
