As a rapidly growing software company, we are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our Healthcare provider vertical solutions. This role will define what is needed to successfully position our solutions within these verticals and deliver on significant revenue growth.

Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager, Vertical Solutions, will lead the strategy and execution to position our CCaaS and UCaaS solutions within the Healthcare (Provider)  vertical. This will include identifying what integrations, product capabilities, certifications, and regulatory requirements Vonage must meet to successfully compete in these markets. It will encompass driving new capabilities into our platform to deliver vertical specific solutions, being deeply immersed in these markets, and working with solution engineers to predefine CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI templates and starter packs for use cases common in those verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on the strategy to win disproportionately in the Healthcare Provider  vertical with our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI products and solutions.
  • Define core use cases that are common in these verticals that can be met with Vonage’s solutions.
  • Scope requirements needed within our CCaaS and UCaaS platforms to support these use cases and drive prioritization and implementation into our product and engineering teams.
  • Understand and socialize the business challenges faced by companies in these verticals and translate that into targeted solutions for our CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI products.
  • Perform deep market analysis and customer research to identify pain points, trends, and opportunities in these verticals. Leverage these insights to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Partner with our sales and marketing teams to define and execute on a go to market strategy for launching solutions into those markets.
  • Identify key platform integrations needed specific to each vertical - e.g. commonly used systems that Vonage would need to integrate into in order to be successful in those markets with our CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering resources to create customized dashboards and configurations of our products to meet common use cases “out of the box”.
  • Work closely with our product enablement team  to ensure sales and support understands the offerings and can effectively sell and support them.
  • Be active within industry forums (conferences, user groups, analyst events)  specific to these verticals to understand market trends, emerging market needs, and to position and evangelize Vonage solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management working within a Healthcare product/services company, or working within a company (preferably SaaS) that developed products and services for the Healthcare Provider market. Other roles such as product marketing or solution engineering may be considered as well if focused on delivering solutions to the healthcare provider market. This experience could be a mix of working within the Healthcare provider industry and supplying products and services to the industry.
    • Preferred: Experience with CCaaS and/or UCaaS solutions - either supplier or customer side, with a good working knowledge of what these solutions provide.
    • Deep understanding of business challenges within one or both of these verticals that can be solved by CCaaS/UCaaS/AI based solutions.
    • Awareness and involvement in industry and analyst forums for these verticals.
    • Deep understanding of the software ecosystems/technology stacks within these markets, and what platform integrations would be needed.
    • Strong industry knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting and defending business cases with executive leaders.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
