Role Summary:

Senior Compliance Manager area will support our overall communications compliance program and our interactions with federal/state governments, regulatory agencies globally, and MNO's regulations (US and EU countries). 

This role requires a strong background in communication services, regulatory compliance, and government affairs. The Compliance Product Manager ensures that a company's operations comply with current and upcoming laws and regulations, as well as internal policies. They also manage risk and investigate violations, trains and educates staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines. They act as contact person and liaise between department heads and senior management. Senior Product Manager also conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.

This role can be based anywhere in Poland and requires frequent alignment to the US working hours. 

Responsibilities: 

Compliance:

  • Support corporate compliance programs to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to our program to monitor and analyze statutory and regulatory updates and assist with drafting corresponding policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance, risk, and internal audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide compliance support and guidance to the employee training program.
  • Provide support to our Legal staff in maintaining and updating internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all business activities.
  • Provide regulatory compliance support of Vonage's insurance companies, including domiciliary regulatory filings, review and filing of regulatory risk materials, state guaranty association matters, and support of insurance company exam requests.

Government Affairs:

  • Provide advice and guidance to build and maintain relationships with key federal and state legislative bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Represent the company in discussions with government agencies
  • Provide representation to key industry groups.
  • Advocate for the company’s interests in regulatory and legislative matters.
