About the role

This is a role where you can make a big difference in our largest and most challenging business transformation projects. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to play a leading role in a major change journey and deliver big results at a global scale which will springboard both the business outcomes and your career in the organization. 

What you will do:

  • Lead one or more transformation initiatives for all or part of the end to end cycle from discovery and business case through to implementation, change management and benefits realization. Projects will vary across people/org, process, systems, product or cost related objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in business transformation or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives right through to full benefits realization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with no fear for numbers and the capacity to identify and build out opportunity assessments/discovery cases with supporting data/insight/financial impact
  • A drive for results - unwavering desire to achieve key outcomes and support the business in getting there.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices
