Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital excellence? As a Senior Marketing Website Specialist at Vonage, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our marketing websites to ensure flawless functionality, high performance, and an exceptional user experience. In this role, you’ll help drive seamless website execution, quality assurance, and digital project management while focusing on process improvements, ecommerce optimization, and operational excellence for our Digital Web team. You’ll be the glue that keeps our global cross-functional teams aligned, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with precision, and in lockstep with business goals and OKRs.

We need a detail-oriented go-getter with strong project management skills and a passion for challenging the status quo. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring expertise (or a willingness to learn) in:

Where you will work:

Location: Poland, must have overlap or be compatible with Eastern Standard Time zone business hours 

What you will do:

  • Optimize Process and Operations
    • Continuously enhance and streamline web operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring seamless execution across all digital initiatives.
    • Oversee daily website and ecommerce performance, proactively monitoring uptime, functionality, and user experience to maintain a flawless digital presence.
  • Manage Web Projects & Execution
    • Support web-related projects from strategy to execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Work closely with marketing, engineering, sales, and product teams to align website updates and initiatives with broader business and marketing goals.
    • Assist in executing web updates, launches, and optimizations to support key campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Lead Website Governance & Compliance
    • Develop, implement, and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks for key website functionalities.
    • Lead regular audits to ensure compliance with records retention policies, privacy regulations, accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, security protocols, and user experience and brand guidelines.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues by working closely with developers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement timely fixes and enhancements.
  • Champion Agile Product Ownership & Workflow Efficiency
    • Facilitate and actively contribute to daily sprint standup meetings, fostering team alignment, accountability, and agility.
    • Assist with the intake, organization, and prioritization of incoming work requests, helping to maintain a structured product backlog that supports business needs.
    • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and accelerate execution timelines.

What you will bring:

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Digital Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in website operations, digital project management, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. 
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript for troubleshooting and collaboration with developers.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in website performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate resolutions with developers and engineers.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and IT teams. 
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience of familiarity in web development roles is a plus
  • Familiarity or expertise with WCAG is a plus
