We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager, SMB West to lead a high-performing team of account executives. Your mission? Exceed new bookings targets, accelerate pipeline conversion, and coach a culture of sales excellence across a variety of verticals. This role is a linchpin in executing our North American Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and achieving critical transformation goals for 2025–2029.

What You’ll Own

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Full ownership of net new bookings and pipeline generation in the West SMB region
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline health through CRM discipline and strategic deal reviews
  • Lead and develop a quota-carrying team of Account Executives
  • Roll out and scale sales plays across UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI tools using Gong, Salesforce, and Highspot

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Channel & Alliances, Solution Engineering, Sales Ops, and Professional Services
  • Collaborate with the Channel team to optimize partner-sourced pipeline and lead routing strategies

Performance Management & Coaching

  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture with regular 1:1s and developmental coaching
  • Improve rep productivity from 50–60% to 80%+ through enablement programs and deal strategy sessions
  • Leverage data from Gong and CRM tools to identify performance trends and fine-tune coaching initiatives

Who You Are

  • A proven SaaS sales leader with 5+ years in inside/SMB sales and 2+ years managing high-velocity teams
  • Deep experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI-powered SaaS solutions
  • Analytical, results-driven, and comfortable owning pipeline, forecast, and bookings accountability
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and building successful, distributed teams
  • Fluent in sales tech: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enablement platforms
  • Passionate about execution, problem-solving, and delivering meaningful customer impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years in inside sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Track record of success in SaaS, UCaaS, or contact center sales
  • Strong grasp of modern sales methodologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and data analysis skills
  • High integrity, professional drive, and a passion for winning
