What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and full-stack engineers.
• Provide technical leadership in frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Set best practices for frontend and backend development, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend services (Node.js).
• Plan and manage project execution, timelines, and team deliverables.
• Contribute to hiring efforts and technical onboarding processes.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of experience in software development; at least 2+ years in an engineering leadership/manager role.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework: Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Proficiency in Node.js for building backend APIs and services.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native application architecture, with practical experience deploying and scaling systems on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Strong grasp of system design, microservices, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical ideas into clear business value.
• A passion for clean code, performance optimization, and building high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives
