Why this role matters:

As a Global Events Program Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for creating, managing and executing live and virtual events across the globe with focus on operational processes.  This position supports all areas of the business with a focus on building strategic event programs that drive demand and accelerate pipeline with our field and partner organizations. This role is especially critical in supporting our Strategic Alliance partners, where events are a primary vehicle for demonstrating our 'Better Together' value proposition and driving joint GTM success

As a regional marketing events evangelist, you will be a primary POC for all events globally, focusing on events that align to the Strategic Alliance partner organization. You will work closely with local sales and marketing staff to develop region-specific goals for each event with a focus on the conversion of event leads with our BDR and SDR teams. This includes working very closely with the Global Events team to drive operational efficiencies and how we liaise with the extended marketing team. The person will be very detail oriented and proficient in meeting planning, tradeshow logistics, budget management, and vendor/agency management. An understanding of the extended marketing functions including demand generation, marketing operations and campaigns is a plus.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build event goals and objectives to help generate and accelerate a strong, fast growing pipeline that drives sales and execute event promotions and activations to drive attendance
  • Serve as the primary events liaison for our joint alliance partner events, building strong working relationships across marketing and events counterparts to ensure seamless co-execution
  • Work with designers and copywriters to develop landing pages, promotional emails, comms for pre, during and post show communications
  • Coordinate logistics and build detailed program plans for each event including tracking deadlines
  • Manage tradeshow presence including physical and live exhibitions and sponsor sales, housing, registration, reward points to prove ROI of overall functions and liaise between internal and external constituents 
  • Crafted detailed event specification guides and timelines guaranteeing efficient execution and bill review
  • Coordinate joint customer speakers and align on session agendas with internal teams and our strategic partners, ensuring our joint value proposition is a central theme
  • KPIs/Reporting is critical for ever event - analyze return on event investments, create data driven business justifications for future spend and collect feedback from lines of business owners and key stakeholders and report results back to Global Events team

What you'll bring:

  • Proven professional presence in a high-tech or service-related industry, with experience navigating complex program management  cycles across all organizational levels
  • Strong ability to tailor communication to specific audiences and situations, while independently managing schedules and prioritizing multiple commitments
  • Skilled at integrating trends, data, and market insights into accurate forecasts, actionable plans, and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with diverse teams, ideas, and stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • 5–7 years of full-time experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing campaign management
  • Expertise in event operations, including vendor/venue coordination, budget reconciliation, logistics management, contract negotiation, and on-site support
  • Proficiency in developing presentations, managing communications, creating event landing pages, and leveraging survey platforms to evaluate event ROI
