Sr. Brand Media Manager

Why this role matters:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Brand Campaign Planning to join our Demand Generation Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be the critical link between the brand/creative team and the paid media transactional team, owning the strategy and execution of corporate brand campaigns in digital channels. You will oversee the full lifecycle of brand campaign planning, from strategy through execution and reporting, ensuring our programs drive awareness, engagement, and measurable impact on brand equity. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring 8–10 years of experience in digital brand campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Strategy and Execution for brand and corporate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are fully integrated into the overall demand generation mix.

Collaborate with Brand and Creative Teams to translate core messaging, assets, and goals into effective digital campaign execution plans.

Oversee Multi-Channel Campaign Activation across a wide range of brand-first digital paid media tactics, including programmatic display, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), CTV/OTT, digital video, and audio advertising.

Manage Campaign Frameworks by developing and controlling timelines, budgets, channel mix, and testing roadmaps.

Track and Report Campaign Performance using key brand metrics such as reach, engagement, brand lift studies, share of voice, and awareness shifts.

Apply Optimization and Testing Frameworks to continuously improve creative, messaging, targeting, and channel mix for maximum campaign effectiveness.

Provide Strategic Insights to marketing leadership through campaign readouts and eLearnings to inform and shape future brand strategy and investment, while also supporting budget planning and staying current on industry trends.
What you’ll bring:

Experience: 8–10 years in marketing, specifically focusing on brand campaign planning, digital strategy, or integrated campaign management.

Brand Expertise: Proven expertise in end-to-end corporate/brand awareness campaigns, covering planning, multi-channel activation, and reporting.

Metrics Knowledge: Strong knowledge of key digital brand metrics (e.g., reach, brand lift, share of voice, awareness studies).

Collaboration: Experience working closely with creative, brand, and demand generation teams to successfully launch integrated campaigns.

Execution Skills: Proficiency in project management, including detailed execution planning, budget oversight, and timeline management.

Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results, use brand measurement tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics), and recommend actionable improvements.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills required to influence cross-functional stakeholders (UCaaS/CCaaS or B2B technology background preferred).
