ABM Campaigns Specialist

Why this role matters:
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist with deep expertise in Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs. This role will be responsible for driving account engagement, accelerating pipeline, and increasing revenue from our highest-value accounts. You will own end-to-end ABM campaign execution, from strategy and audience targeting through reporting and optimization, within our Demand Generation Center of Excellence across our Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize ABM/ABX campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, paid media, events, direct mail, etc.) to engage target accounts and buying committees.
- Own full-funnel ABX programs: target account selection, engagement orchestration, pipeline acceleration, and closed-won influence.
- Leverage 6sense to identify in-market accounts, uncover intent signals, prioritize engagement, and measure program impact.
- Onboard and collaborate with demand generation partners across paid digital tactics (programmatic, paid social, search, display, retargeting) to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with account-level strategies.
- Partner with BU campaign owners, and DG paid media teams to align campaigns with territory/account plans, deliver personalized experiences, and ensure tight execution.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance, account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, ensuring high-quality pipeline creation, increased conversion rates, and accelerated deal velocity.
- Support integration of ABM with demand generation programs to drive cohesive buyer journeys and measurable business outcomes.
What you will bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM roles, preferably in SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS industries.
- Hands-on expertise with 6sense (required), and experience with CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of building and scaling ABM/ABX programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Experience onboarding and collaborating with DG/agency partners across paid digital tactics.
- Strong skills in data-driven marketing, funnel reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations teams in a global matrix environment.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
