Why this role matters:

This is a pivotal, high-visibility role at the epicenter of our strategic change agenda. You will play the role of orchestrator and process coordinator, driving the governance, communication, and execution rhythm that ensures our large-scale Transformation program delivers maximum value. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture of execution, directly influencing senior leaders, and leading a team dedicated to making our strategic vision a reality.

Your key responsibilities:

Driving Transformation Governance & Rhythm

  • Establish and Own the Governance Model: Shape, manage, and drive a rigorous Transformation cadence, ensuring all weekly forums, including executive-level Transformation Office (TO) meetings and Workstream Lead (WSL) meetings, operate with strategic clarity, high accountability, and the right senior-level participation.
  • Ensure Strategic Momentum: Proactively track and escalate Workstream progress and critical actions from TO discussions, partnering directly with Workstream Leads (WSLs) and stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and guarantee execution against key milestones.
  • Shape the Narrative: Produce and disseminate high-impact, relevant strategic communications that clearly articulate Transformation highlights, progress, and updates to the entire organization and senior leadership.

Strategic Workstream Enablement

  • Elevate Workstream Performance: Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Performance Officer (CPO) and WSLs, providing a consolidated, objective view of Workstream health and proactively flagging performance risks, and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Orchestrate Delivery: Lead the coordination of the transformation, liaising with Business Champions and support teams to ensure seamless delivery, adoption, and maximum user access and impact across all initiatives.
  • Solve Complex Inquiries: Direct and coordinate the capacity of the TO Analyst team to efficiently deliver on complex inquiries and analytical needs from WSLs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Leading and Developing Transformation Office Talent

  • Mentor High-Performing Talent: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and capability development to the Transformation Office Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and strategic thinking.
  • Own Team Output: Be ultimately accountable for the high quality and strategic relevance of all work products delivered by the Transformation Office team.

What you'll bring:

  • A proven, high-performing manager with a strong technical or business background
  • Experience working in a similar Transformation focused role, where delivery and execution of projects is key
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management - being able to navigate complex stakeholder groups to ensure positive outcomes
  • An innate ability to be positive, proactive, and process-driven, combined with an exceptional eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over critical business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

There’s no perfect candidate. You don't need all the preferred qualifications to make a valuable impact on our team. Our employees and customers come from diverse backgrounds, so if you're passionate about what you could achieve at Vonage, we'd love to hear from you.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
