Full Stack Software Developer

Why this role matters:

We are a team of six software developers, diverse in both seniority and tenure. Our team shares a strong passion for technology and innovation, with a continuous drive to learn and tackle complex challenges.

We are currently focused on a full-stack initiative to enhance the capabilities of a chat widget, primarily using Java and Vue 3. In addition, the team is responsible for the notification system that underpins a unified communications platform, supporting features such as voice and video calls, messaging, and SMS.

Every team member owns projects end-to-end — from design and research through development, testing (including performance, high availability, and security), deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Our work spans backend, frontend, and DevOps domains. The team manages a mature notification system integrated with dozens of services while simultaneously advancing a new full-stack project.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale projects from inception to production.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the team’s shared ownership of existing systems and long-term roadmap.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and rapid incident response.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer with following tech stack: Java (Spring) and JavaScript (Vue3).
  • Kubernetes and PostgreSQL experience.
  • Ideally previous experience with Node.js (Serverless, NestJS).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
  • Experience developing and operating production-grade services.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
