Why this role matters
We are looking for an innovative, and self-motivated Organic Social Specialist to drive the organic social media strategy and execution for Vonage. This role is instrumental in building our brand presence, engaging our global audience, and supporting our communications and event initiatives across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of organic social media, ensuring alignment with our business goals, voice, and tone.
You will work closely across Corporate Marketing - PR/Communications, Events, Content and our Business Unit’s API and APPs to define the organic social content calendar and messaging.
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of organic social best practices, social ad copywriting expertise. A plus if has experience working in Sprinklr, GaggleAmp and Monday.com.
Key responsibilities
Organic Social Media Strategy -
- Support the execution of a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with Vonage's brand and business goals.
- Responsible for updating and tracking Social Media calendars, publishing posts, and reporting.
- Partner with Communications, Events, Brand and Content team, along with other teams to source, create, and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage day-to-day organic social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all platforms.
- Ensure proper QA of all tracking tags across Social & Display.
- Track, analyze, and report on organic social performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate the impact of social initiatives.
- Support employee engagement posts through GaggleAMP.
- Social listening and amplification and engagement across vonage employees, and Ericsson posts
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep Vonage at the forefront of digital engagement.
What is required
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing, Social media or related discipline.
- Prior experience 4+ in Organic Social / Paid social roles
Desirable
- Experience in social media management, with a proven track record in driving organic social growth and engagement on a global scale.
- Detailed project management and organization skills across multiple tasks and timelines.
- Strong proficiency with marketing tools, such as Sprinklr, Monday.com.
- Good communication skills and copywriting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening.
