Why this role matters:

Sales Enablement develops and administers sales training courses, material and programs for the company’s sales organization. We help sales representatives and teams do their jobs better and achieve exceptional levels of customer service. You can join our team as a Senior Sales Trainer, researching, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating value-added training classes and programs.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously optimize a scalable, blended learning curriculum for all sales functions (onboarding and ongoing training), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Conduct proactive, rigorous assessments (e.g., performance data review, interviews, surveys) to precisely identify critical knowledge, skill, and process gaps, ensuring all training initiatives are directly linked to measurable business outcomes.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness (e.g., time-to-ramp, system adoption, forecast accuracy) and leverage data to drive continuous iteration and improvement of all enablement programs.
  • Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive suite of engaging, blended learning assets, including interactive e-learning modules, high-quality video content, impactful live workshops, and comprehensive training documentation.
  • Create, update, and govern training content to support ongoing sales enablement initiatives, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the latest product, market, and sales process updates.
  • Lead the strategy, training, and documentation for all critical sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, forecasting tools), actively promoting high adoption rates and ensuring data integrity across the sales stack.
  • Act as a critical enablement partner, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership to jointly identify strategic skill gaps, critical training needs, and enablement priorities that maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure all content is technically accurate, market-relevant, and cohesively aligned with product roadmaps and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Serve as a champion for continuous improvement in sales processes and training practices, researching and utilizing advanced adult learning principles, modern instructional design techniques, and new technologies to maximize learner engagement and retention.

What you’ll bring:

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement with a proven track record of improving sales team performance. 
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and expertise in core skills like discovery, objection handling, presenting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong working knowledge and training experience with key sales technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong), and content management systems (e.g., Highspot).
  • Exceptional ability to act as an engaging facilitator, inspiring and coaching sales professionals through dynamic training sessions and real-time guidance.
  • Experience designing and managing blended learning programs (live, virtual, and self-paced).
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence effectively across frontline sellers and senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience linking training programs to measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles that drive effective training and development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

What we consider a plus:

  • Previous experience as an AE, SDR or Account Manager
  • Big Plus: If you bring experience in training or coaching on a formal sales methodology, such as MEDDPICC.
