Why this role matters:
Cerberus team is responsible for owning various mission critical services and systems of the most valuable products - VCC (Vonage Contact Center) and VBC (Vonage Business Communications), both Vonage Apps. The team's main business domain is application security (authN, authZ, users).

Your key responsibilities:
As a member of the core team, you will join a pack of highly talented and motivated software engineers and will have an end-to-end ownership of the product from an engineering perspective.
Your job will be to learn various aspects of the product; design, plan and execute solutions, collaborate with and contribute to the team to deliver a quality cloud product that is scalable, highly available and flexible enough to grow and change along with the ever changing demands of the business.
What you'll bring
Required:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
- Proven knowledge of various high-level software languages and tools like JavaScript/Typescript (NodeJS) / Java (Spring), PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, AWS, K8S
- Experience in Agile culture
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Well to collaborate with the team in person, at least 2 days a week in the office
- Ability to see a bigger picture and the ability to deep dive into complex problems
- Strong organizational and research skills
