About the Role

We are seeking an execution-focused Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive revenue through our most critical Channel and Alliance partners (Hyperscalers and ISVs). Reporting to the leader of Strategic Partner Marketing, you will translate high-level strategies into measurable, multi-channel co-marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a proactive, autonomous professional with a track record in B2B SaaS who thrives on owning the ROI story.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Joint Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of co-marketing initiatives with Alliance partners, utilizing your expertise in Hyperscale and ISV ecosystems to drive pipeline growth
  • Ecosystem Nurturing: Manage highly segmented, personalized campaigns designed for specific partner verticals (e.g., Hyperscale marketplaces, ISV integrations), ensuring messaging resonates with industry-specific pain points.
  • Performance & Data Analysis: Monitor campaign outcomes and build performance dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools to report on Marketing ROI and pipeline contribution
  • MarTech Operations: Act as the primary operator of our marketing stack (e.g., 6Sense, Salesforce) to manage list segmentation and lead nurturing for partner-sourced leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary Demand Gen point-of-contact for Sales, Partner Managers, and Events to ensure effective follow-up and messaging alignment.

Playbook Creation: Document and standardize successful processes to create repeatable Demand Gen Playbooks for partner activations and vertical launches.Vertical Messaging: Manage segmented, personalized campaigns for specific partner verticals, ensuring content resonates with industry-specific pain points.

What We’re Looking For

  • Channel/Alliance Expertise: Proven, hands-on expertise in setting up and running multi-channel campaigns with Channel and Alliance partners.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: A track record of success in B2B tech/SaaS marketing where the sales cycle is complex and involves partner-led or partner-influenced motions.
  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in building marketing performance dashboards in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or BI tool to track partner attribution.
  • Autonomy: A proactive, autonomous work style with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and external partner organizations.
