We are seeking a world-class Sales Enablement professional who thrives at the intersection of facilitation, instructional design, and business performance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a high-impact facilitator and content designer who can command a room, design modern learning experiences, and translate complex product features, advantages, benefits, and processes into simple, compelling training that drives real behavior change.

As a member of our Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in accelerating seller productivity, improving customer outcomes, and supporting global go-to-market initiatives across Unified Communications, Contact Center, and AI-enabled solutions.

This is not a “check-the-box” training role. We are looking for someone who sees enablement as a strategic lever for revenue growth, not just content delivery.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Provide training support for Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Alliances, and Sales Development teams
    Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new hires and tenured employees
  • Create and maintain training schedules for onboarding, product releases and launches, and ongoing enablement
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend and build appropriate training solutions
  • Design and develop blended learning programs, including:
  • Instructor-led training (ILT)
    Virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
  • Self-guided eLearning and microlearning
  • Develop consistent and scalable training for new hires, experienced sellers, and partner audiences
  • Prepare and distribute training materials such as presentations, job aids, exercises, and assessments
  • Leverage AI tools and effective prompting techniques to accelerate content creation, personalize learning, and support rapid iteration of enablement assets
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align training with business priorities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and adoption metrics
  • Use AI-assisted insights and analytics to continuously improve training content and delivery
  • Represent Sales Enablement with internal stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Support continuous improvement of enablement processes, tools, and best practices
  • Comfortable learning and teaching systems, such as Salesforce, Gong.io, Success 360
  • Drive Salesforce hygiene & workflow adoption
  • Build Gong scorecards & coaching frameworks
  • Optimize Sales Navigator usage
  • Support Success 360 / CS tools
  • Translate tech into behavior change
  • Work as a fully competent, collaborative member of the Sales Enablement team
  • Define expected outcomes for training initiatives and track their impact on learner performance and adoption.

What you’ll bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design
  • Proven experience facilitating live training for sales or customer-facing teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Experience we consider a plus

  • Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or technology-enabled sales environments
  • Prior experience carrying a sales quota or working directly in sales
  • Experience designing blended learning programs using adult learning principles (ADDIE preferred)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce highly preferred), and enablement platforms (Highspot preferred)
  • Knowledge and skilled in Rise Articulate
  • Experience using AI tools to support learning design, content creation, coaching, or performance enablement
  • Ability to write clear, effective AI prompts for generating learning content, scenarios, summaries, and assessments
  • Willingness to travel when needed
