Senior Campaign Manager

Why this role matters

This is a key role in a tight-knit Campaign group that is designed to support all regions of our North American Sales team and ensure their success.  This position will require you to have extensive experience in marketing and execution for SAAS businesses in high-growth environments.

  • Drive targeted campaigns designed to create high value leads 
  • Develop a solid relationship with Sales team - build confidence 
  • Understand regional dynamics / align marketing plan / deliver on objectives

  • Bring a data driven approach / ensure profitable spends / don’t be afraid to fail
  • Understand and leverage customer insights, content and industry rankings for success

What's required for application (min requirements = *)

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a SAAS B2B or software, high-tech environment (*)
  • Experience in on and offline marketing tactics (*)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business (Master’s degree preferred)  (*)
  • 5+ years prior experience with GTM plan creation and project design based on TAM analysis, demand and pipeline generation, field marketing, campaign development & execution, events, and brand (*)
  • 2+ years experience working with Sales and Care teams (*)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong business & project management skills
  • Ability to flourish in a fast changing environment
