Why this role matters:

We are the Interaction Plan team and we are responsible for the modernisation and maintenance of a number of core system components, built within a modern event-driven microservices platform based on .Net and Kafka.

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who’ll contribute to both new feature development and backend system improvements with a strong focus on quality, fault tolerance, and performance. • Participate in triage and customer support activities, such as investigating customer cases or incident management and recovery activities.
  • Collaborate and work as a part of a distributed team, working with other team members and reviewing code.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies, contributing to ongoing improvement of team practices and ways of working.

What you'll bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development (.Net/C# + Java).
  • Any Front-End experience (TypeScript or JavaScript) or willingness to learn it.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Jenkins in enterprise production environments
  • Previous experience using MongoDB database.
  • Strong English skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, multicultural environment.
  • A proactive attitude toward building new products from scratch, with a focus on high-quality code and scalable design patterns.

How you’ll benefit:

  • Discretionary Time Off
  • Private Medical Healthcare
  • Pension scheme
  • Ericsson support line
  • Hybrid work
  • Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process
