Junior Business Data Analyst (Customer Success & Support)

As a Junior Business Data Analyst at Vonage, you will be part of the Customer Success team that is responsible for managing our Global Customer portfolio.
Your key responsibilities
- Monitor the workflow and follow up regularly with multiple stakeholders involved in the interconnection process
- Track and report on Customer Success Operations Team performance, providing detailed analysis of trends, major issues on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Support Customer Success Operations Team management to enhance existing and develop new Performance Dashboards
- Assist the Customer Success Operations Team with providing data for projects and ad-hoc activities
- Collaborate with Business and Data Analysts in other business units, including Customer Success Teams, Technical Account Managers, Support Teams, Business Operations, Data Engineering and Quality & Innovation
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
- Proficient in the use of SQL, Python, Data Visualisation (e.g. Tableau/Power BI or other), MS Excel or GSheet
- Ability to produce Dashboards using AI tools, built AI Agents or/and manipulated data using AI
- Strong business analytical skills; ability to apply business logic to design and implement data mining techniques on large data sets
- Understanding of Data Warehousing
