 What You'll Do

As Vice President of Tax, you will lead the Company's global tax function, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective tax risk management across a complex international business.

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and business leaders to integrate tax considerations into key business decisions and operational processes.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global tax organization, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.

Global Tax Operations & Compliance & Provision

  • Oversee all aspects of global tax compliance, including U.S. federal, state, and international income tax filings, indirect taxes, withholding taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the worldwide tax accounting function, including IFRS income tax provision, uncertain tax positions, tax reserves, and related financial statement disclosures.
  • Manage and support the analysis of valuation allowances, deferred tax assets and liabilities, and other complex tax accounting matters.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, and applicable domestic and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Direct global tax audits, examinations, and controversy matters, effectively managing tax risk and relationships with tax authorities.

International Tax & Transfer Pricing

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Company's global transfer pricing strategy, policies, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with international business operations to address local tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other indirect tax obligations.
  • Evaluate international tax structures and planning opportunities to support global growth while maintaining compliance and managing risk.

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive the modernization and digital transformation of the tax function through process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Establish and enhance tax processes, controls, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, assessing potential impacts and proactively implementing required changes.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of progressive tax experience, including at least 7 years leading a corporate tax function.
  • Active CPA required; Master's degree in Taxation or JD preferred.
  • Prior Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. and international taxation, IFRS / ASC 740 tax accounting, transfer pricing, valuation allowances, and global tax planning.
  • Demonstrated success advising executive leadership on complex tax matters, strategic transactions, and business initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate highly technical tax concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives and non-tax stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering results in a dynamic business setting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external advisors.
  • Strategic, business-minded leader who can align tax objectives with broader corporate goals while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, governance, and risk management.

Preferred Executive Competencies

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decisions across senior leadership and the Board/Audit Committee.
  • Experience leading tax function transformation, automation initiatives, and process optimization programs.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
