WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for decks and general presentations across all brands / Vox Media, such as:
    • Taking an initial pass at compiling decks and documents needed for meetings
    • Keeping yearly GPs and licensing overview decks up to date and organized on the drive
    • Maintaining sales reporting documents across projects and keeping BL/BD revenue overview up to date
  • Helping to manage the insights, analytics and strategy of the team, which includes:
    • Working alongside our licensing agent on new business development for high priority brands
    • Assessing market potential for licensing opportunities and identifying new licensing partners
    • Tracking and organizing insight survey documents, ensuring they are all in the right place
    • Tracking the progress of the insights survey process, ensuring team members are meeting deadlines
    • Exploring the existing library of insights and research to help support Brand Licensing projects
  • Provide much-needed marketing support across scalable projects, including design support, such as:
    • Organizing photography and video assets
    • Writing first drafts of social copy for marketing assets
    • Creating/building marketing assets utilizing adobe photoshop 
    • Tracking, memorializing, and organizing promotional efforts as they go live to ensure a robust historical record of marketing efforts, tracking across social, edit etc. using various tools (Parse.ly, Google Analytics, Measure Studio)
    • Owning the first draft of marketing reporting for external retailers and partners, such as Walmart (PS), Abrams (Eater)
  • Provide administrative support across the Licensing and Business Development teams including meeting organization, maintaining teams resource documentation, paying invoices etc.
  • Must have licensing experience
  • Must have design experience including photoshop
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have excellent organizational skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000 USD
