Job Summary: 

  • Lead engagement with government and Industry security and policy professionals.
  • Own the design and sustainment of Voyager’s classified capabilities architecture, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure that enables rapid stand-up of new facilities and mission-ready infrastructure with world-class reliability.
  • Lead the buildout of classified environments, ensuring secure networks and physical spaces are operational where and when our engineering teams need them to design, test, and deploy breakthrough technologies.
  • Proactively partner with business leadership to translate evolving security requirements into actionable plans, getting ahead of operational needs through creative problem-solving and structured intake.
  • Develop and manage a cross-country portfolio that supports classified operations—aligning facility investments with long-term mission and infrastructure goals.
  • Drive secure facility expansion planning, balancing regulatory compliance with agility, efficiency, and operational resilience.
  • Integrate security infrastructure during M&A activity, ensuring seamless alignment of people, systems, processes, and technologies into the Voyager ecosystem.
  • Lead special cross-functional initiatives that touch industrial security, information assurance, finance, facilities, and broader enterprise infrastructure—adapting to priorities as they evolve.
  • Bring deep expertise in government security regulations and contracting to ensure all operations meet and exceed compliance standards, while enabling speed and innovation

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
  • You’re a builder at heart—comfortable designing from scratch, scaling what works, and adapting with intention and speed.
  • You’re a leader—someone who can bring clarity in complexity, rally teams around a mission, and respond with agility to challenges and opportunities.
  • You have a deep understanding of government security requirements, and you know how to balance compliance with innovation and build partnerships with our government partners.
  • You thrive in high-trust environments, and you take ownership of the systems, people, and outcomes under your watch.
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving hard infrastructure and security problems before they become roadblocks.
  • You understand that security is a mission enabler—and you work collaboratively across engineering, IT, operations, and leadership to drive cross functional outcomes.
  • You’re proactive, decisive, and focused on impact over process—you don’t just spot risks, you solve for them.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
