Job Summary: The Special Assistant to the CEO manages and coordinates special projects for the CEO, providing administrative and project management support for organizational goals. Perform responsible and complex technical, administrative, and/or clerical work using independent judgment, initiative, and discretion with specific emphasis on special projects; analyze complex issues and make accurate decisions independently.
Responsibilities:
- Project management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and manage project-related documentation and systems.
- Documentation management: Maintain all project-related documentation, including status reports and action items.
- Manage several complex projects simultaneously and with extreme attention to detail, while meeting internal and external customer needs; produce an accurate, thorough, and complete work product and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastically promote and support the CEO’s goals and priorities in compliance with all policies and procedures in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 – 5 years administrative experience. Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Organizational skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Interpersonal skills: The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Independence: The capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year
