As the group's corporate accounting lead, the Controller sets the accounting policies, close standards, and controls that every pillar and entity finance team follows.

The Controller will also serve as interim head of finance for one of MTP's agencies, spending roughly 30–40% of their time running that agency's finance function and developing its Director of Finance to take on the full role.

  • Deliver accurate, on-time monthly financial statements and reporting packages for the agency leadership.
  • Partner with agency leadership on financial performance, margins, and client profitability, and oversee billing, collections, and payables.
