VSC Fire & Security is seeking candidates for the position of Regional Monitoring Specialist.

What you need:

Previous experience in monitoring services, operations, or service coordination preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with both internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
Excellent conflict resolution, organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of life safety monitoring systems and relevant codes, standards, and regulations preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass various background checks.
Reliable transportation, valid State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
