We foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, ambition, and progress.

About The Role

VSCO is looking for a curious and hungry Staff Product Manager to modernize and scale VSCO Workspace, a CRM that helps photographers organize and run the business side of their creative work.

By and large, photographers need help running their businesses. This is where you come in – in this role, you will own the vision for transforming our photographer CRM into a delightful, AI-driven system of action. This means making hard prioritization calls about what to sunset, what to rebuild, and where AI creates compounding value for our customers. You will build tools and optimized workflows that support photographers’ full client lifecycle: prospecting, scheduling, contracts, payments, and ongoing client relationship management. The goal is not just to help photographers complete jobs. It is to help them build lasting client relationships and sustainable businesses.

We need someone ready to bring their deep curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving skills, and authentic self to the job every day. As a member of our Product Management team, the company will look to you to drive our CRM solution and its associated business line to new levels of success. You will lead close collaboration with our users, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Data, Marketing , Finance, and Legal teams to grow VSCO Workspace to the next order of magnitude, while deepening the love people have for our brand.

This role is a mix of forward-thinking strategy, AI innovation, and user-centered product development. You’ll work at both a strategic and tactical level, turning new technologies, research, data, and intuition into THE photography CRM solution.

In This Role, You Will…

  • Set the strategic direction and roadmap for Workspace, our photographer CRM solution
  • Be ruthless about scope and priority, even when flooded from multiple angles to add more to what’s already there
  • Actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, spec writing, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Build lightweight prototypes or automations using AI-assisted no-code tools to quickly specify and test hypotheses
  • Oversee delivery of innovative workflows and features that ensure successful outcomes for our users and the business
  • Regularly speak with existing and new customers to gather insights and inform direction
  • Guide and inspire cross-functional communication / storytell for buy-in
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure cohesion across the overall VSCO experience
  • Proactively assure progress with stakeholders

You Have…

  • 7 -10 years as a full-time Product Manager with experience building modern CRM software
  • Expanded product-market fit for a complex product that made a difference for your customer and drove business growth
  • Experience transforming an existing product and can navigate legacy constraints and existing customers with ease and finesse
  • Have a point of view on which CRM workflows AI can replace vs which it should augment
  • A strong grasp of product strategy - You can define it, get buy-in from leadership, and motivate cross-functional teams to make that strategy a success
  • Experience identifying where AI creates genuine user value vs where it’s a distraction
  • Superb spoken and written communication skills. You can digest a very complex product and problems and break them down to the entire company in easy to understand ways
  • You are a compelling storyteller
  • You move fast, have high level of personal ownership, and are a natural instigator
  • You’re a strong partner to Engineers, Designers, and other cross-functional teammates – understanding when it’s right to collaborate vs lead
  • You’re a great prioritizer, have strong instincts when it comes to what matters, and have experience making tough but smart trade-offs. You care about outcomes and output
  • You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where being comfortable with ambiguity and being resourceful are critical skills

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
