Data Engineering Leader
About the role
As a Data Engineering Leader you will lead the team that centralizes, analyzes, and optimizes data related to growth revenue operations within our company. Your role involves ensuring that all data pertinent to growth initiatives is readily accessible and to provide insights to drive informed decision-making across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Centralization: You will guarantee the aggregation and organization of data from various sources related to growth operations, ensuring its availability for analysis and reporting.
- Performance Visibility: Provide comprehensive visibility to all regions regarding the outcomes of their respective growth initiatives. This involves developing dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlight key performance indicators and metrics.
- Data Empowerment: Develop tools and resources to enhance data literacy among regional teams, enabling them to interpret and leverage data effectively in their decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of growth-related data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Translate findings into strategic recommendations to support decision-making at both regional and organizational levels.
- Database Improvement: Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our database infrastructure, including data capture processes and data treatment protocols. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements and ensure data integrity.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate growth-related processes, reducing bureaucracy and enhancing operational efficiency. Implement automation solutions to accelerate data workflows and enhance productivity.
Who you are
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create informative and actionable reports.
- 6+ years of experience in database management and optimization, with a focus on improving data quality and accessibility.
- Expert statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
