Head of Marketing | VTEX
The VTEX marketing team main responsibility is to create a pipeline full of real business opportunities in order for the Sales team successfully close. This is done through the most strategic marketing channels such as: paid media, email marketing events, PR, among others. The marketing team is a dynamic, fresh, and full of ideas team focused on upscaling VTEX brand, attracting new clients, growing our existing customer base and building strategic relationships with our ecosystem.
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional to join our North LATAM.
As the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling VTEX's market presence through innovative e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. You will oversee all performance campaigns, email marketing efforts, organic tactics (including SEO), and create unique, high-quality content to drive lead generation and fuel the sales pipeline with real business opportunities.
You will lead a team of high-performing individuals, collaborate with digital agencies and freelancers, and work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing and sales strategies. Your leadership and data-driven approach will guarantee the achievement of key metrics such as Leads, MQLs, and SQLs, while positioning VTEX as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support business growth in a competitive B2B environment.

Design and manage a communications calendar with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, and organic tactics.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Lead and mentor a team of marketers, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring optimal performance and goal achievement.

Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing efforts using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to make data-driven decisions.

Drive brand positioning, customer satisfaction, and ecosystem strength through consistent and impactful marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B technical or IT companies.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- A tech-savvy, data-driven professional with a proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and VTEX platform is a plus.
