ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Banking Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work within VTEX's Treasury team and partake in decisions that shape the entire cash flow structure of the company, providing support for the company's global operation. At VTEX, we hope you have a proactive attitude to show results before someone asks you to. Main responsibilities include: Cash Management and Forecasting; Developing Bank Relations; Assisting in the Consolidation of VTEX’s Global Cash Flow to support senior management decision making;

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Bank Operations team is the heart of VTEX's Treasury system. We are responsible for the smooth execution VTEX's financial strategy, which envolves all of the company’s financial transactions as well as establishing VTEX's banking relations network worldwide. This also includes the management of VTEX's investment assets and cash flow positions, and reports to the company's senior management. Among our biggest challenges lies: structuring VTEX's cash flow forecasts; investment management of VTEX’s assets; define internal policies in order to improve internal controls; and improve banking relations in order to facilitate VTEX's growing business operations;

WHO YOU ARE

• You are based in Rio;
• Advanced English skills are mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a plus;
• Someone with a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related areas who is interested in working on the financial department;
• Advanced Office Pack (Excel; Power Point; Microsoft Word); 
• Knowledge of Google Sheets; Docs; Presentation is a plus;
• Advanced Power BI;
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, being able to manage priorities and workflow;
• You are analytical, proactive and hands-on profile;
• Ease of learning and adaptability;
• Continuous desire to learn;
• Good communication skills and adaptability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Someone with the urge to question and discover alternatives to pre-existing paradigms;
