About the role
The Partner Account Executive is a VTEX commerce solutions expert equipped with exceptional communication and business acumen. This role is pivotal in identifying strategic opportunities with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs) that align with VTEX's Digital commerce vision. By cultivating and managing these significant relationships, the Partner Account Executive drives initiatives to accelerate VTEX's growth in digital commerce, generating revenue and fostering expansion. Their efforts ensure partner satisfaction, deepen commitment, and solidify VTEX's position in the region.
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management roles, preferably within VTEX or technology sectors.
- You clearly understand VTEX's value proposition and how it aligns with partner success.
- You have proven experience managing relationships with (ISVs), System Integrators (SIs), or other strategic partners, driving joint business initiatives.
- You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build trust and foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- You have ease of learning and adaptation: we have the ability to change fast.
- You excel in identifying new revenue opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets.
- You are comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- You have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
- You have experience in managing a pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, deal closure, and accurate forecasting.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- You can effectively communicate in Spanish and in English.
- You are skilled in delivering presentations and creating impactful proposals tailored to partner needs.
- You are driven by a results-oriented mindset, ensuring the consistent growth of VTEX's partner ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid work model based in Mexico City, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
