Job Description
We are seeking a Demand Generation & Website Director to drive global brand growth and lead high-impact demand generation initiatives at VTEX, with a primary focus on North America (U.S.).
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role requires strong B2B marketing expertise, leadership in website strategy, and proven experience driving pipeline growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization

Own the corporate website strategy and execution across all regions, ensuring it is a high-performing demand generation engine.

Lead ongoing improvements in SEO, UX, CRO, and overall digital experience to increase conversion rates.

Manage an external agency and internal teams responsible for website operations and CMS optimization.
Demand Generation & Paid Media

Design and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline, particularly in the U.S. market.

Lead strategic paid media efforts with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and identify additional channels for acquisition and engagement.

Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
Brand Growth & U.S. Market Awareness

Drive initiatives that strengthen brand presence in North America, collaborating closely with U.S. Marketing and Brand Authority teams.

Ensure brand consistency and innovative approaches to build market authority across digital channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Regional Marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns globally.

Use data-driven insights to continuously improve website performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Measures of Success

Increased (organic and paid) website traffic and traffic-to-pipeline conversion rates.

Improved customer journey and messaging clarity.

Strong brand presence and authority in U.S. B2B software and commerce platform markets.

Hard Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in brand strategy, website management, demand generation, and digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of paid media strategies, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in content marketing and owned channel strategies.
- Strong SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and website management expertise.
- Ability to define and execute global campaign distribution strategies.
- Experience managing media accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Full proficiency in English. Spanish is desirable. Resumes must be in english to be considered
Note: 6+ years of experience leading high performance teams is required
Additional Information
This position requires significant travel, as you will need to work closely with global teams, attend key events, and engage with markets around the world. Candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently to ensure successful execution of global campaigns and initiatives.
