Business Development Representative - USA
About the role
We are looking for a self-driven, highly organized Business Development Representative who will drive new opportunities for the VTEX sales team in the US. You will create a campaign strategy, implement campaigns, and measure their success. You will use your knowledge of industry trends to identify targets and messaging that drive results. You’ll work closely with marketing operations to ensure campaigns are set up and tracked correctly while working hand-in-hand with sales to identify key segments and accounts, ensuring the alignment of follow up strategy for all campaigns. You will have a significant impact on driving opportunities and generating revenue with the work you do each day.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.
Main responsabilities
- Generate leads that convert into opportunities.
- Identify optimal audiences, then create, execute, and optimize targeted, integrated campaigns across channels (including email, social media, search, etc).
- Define our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, ensuring that we develop messaging and campaigns that target accounts that will convert into opportunities.
- Align with marketing and sales to ensure demand generation campaigns reflect current business priorities and goals.
- Work closely with marketing operations to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness while optimizing performance based on prior results.
