Field Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional to join our US team with knowledge on the industry, ICP and North American market. You will be responsible for creating and executing events, performance, and content activities for the ICP, being the owner of communication planning, working alongside the sales team to target key stakeholders from our target list and sales funnel with bold content.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Plan, organize and manage with a small team end-to-end event marketing initiatives including industry trade shows (NRF & Shoptalk), conferences and other events applicable to the ICP.
- Measure event success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and post-event analysis
- Work closely with regional sales leaders and BDRs to define target account clusters and campaign goals.
- Own campaign execution from concept to ROI reporting—ensuring marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Alliance teams to identity and execute co-partner marketing opportunities to drive new business opportunities and brand awareness
- Track and report KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, and event ROI.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to the content and brand teams on market-specific needs and insights from the field.
- Support with the production, development and execution of co-branded assets, webinars, industry dinners, etc.
About the Team
As Field Marketing Manager – Omnichannel & Retail, you will be responsible for bringing VTEX’s value proposition to life, with a focus on large retailers and consumer brands. Your goal is to plan and execute integrated field campaigns that connect digital demand generation with in-person activations. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales and alliances teams, creating high-impact programs that build pipeline, engage executives, and position VTEX as the platform of choice for unified commerce.
Who you are
- Lives in New York, Chicago or Miami
- 5+ of experience leading a similar area, with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing in a B2B SaaS or tech company is preferred);
- Proven track record of managing multifaceted performance projects and event marketing with tight deadlines
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a fast-pace results driven environment.
- Experience in creating brand sponsorship & marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels;
- You have previous experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools;
- You have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems
- You have digital commerce experience;
- Curiosity and willingness to constantly experiment with new tactics and channels;
- Experience in developing copy for campaign materials, e.g. ads, abstracts, emails, and social channels;
- Dynamic person, looking for new challenges and constantly changing if necessary.
