Product Marketing Lead - B2B
About the Role
We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Lead – B2B to drive the market success of our B2B offering targeting industrials, distributors, and B2B brands. This role will lead the alignment of VTEX’s B2B product offering with ideal customer profiles (ICPs), develop compelling positioning and enablement content, and ensure product adoption and awareness through training and internal evangelism.
You’ll partner with product, sales, customer experience, and regional stakeholders to deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and articulate the differentiated value of VTEX’s B2B platform. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, market strategy, and storytelling, empowered by an ambitious global platform on a mission to accelerate commerce transformation.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ICP alignment for the B2B product line—ensuring our platform is relevant and differentiated for priority verticals and geographies.
- Analyze product-market fit and add-on performance, surfacing strengths and gaps across different ICPs.
- Funnel strategic market and customer insights to product teams—informing roadmap decisions to match the most critical commercial opportunities.
- Lead the rollout strategies for major product launches and enhancements, with tailored positioning per segment.
- Develop and maintain a full suite of enablement content—sales decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, and internal training—for Sales, Commerce Engineers, and Solution Engineers.
- Track product adoption metrics and launch readiness across internal and external audiences.
- Partner closely with regional growth leaders to understand commercial challenges and adapt messaging and content accordingly.
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS Commerce environment.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling global product marketing programs across different regions or ICPs.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to connect go-to-market execution with product strategy.
- Strong understanding of commerce platforms and the B2B buyer journey.
- MBA preferred—with a grasp of market analysis, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global organization.
