Senior Business Analyst - Product and Market Strategy

About the role

We are hiring a Business Analyst & PMO to support the strategic and operational rhythm of the Product and Market Strategy Office. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of a high-impact team focused on enhancing product-market fit, customer adoption, and strategic alignment between Product and Growth organizations.

You’ll be responsible for tracking business goals, generating actionable insights from product usage and customer behavior, and helping the team prioritize what matters most. You’ll also support the planning and execution of our 6-week strategic cycle and help establish the right performance indicators to measure progress across VTEX’s B2B and B2C product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress on key outcomes related to product-market fit across target geographies.
  • Track and report on the 6-week planning goals and deliverables of the Product and Market Strategy team.
  • Provide business intelligence and data analysis on product adoption, usage trends, feature performance, and ICP alignment.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that offer visibility and alignment across Growth, Product, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Support KPI development and operational measurement of product marketing initiatives and roadmap alignment efforts.

Partner with Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Regional Growth teams to surface gaps and opportunities.

 

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, strategic planning, or PMO roles—ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, Looker/Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to support executive-level reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle, go-to-market planning, or product marketing a strong plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
