Senior Digital Marketing & Content Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead digital strategy across both Retail and Industrial (B2B) audiences. This role owns the full connection between content, paid media, HubSpot operations, and performance analytics, ensuring our digital presence is cohesive, targeted, and revenue-impactful.
This person will oversee all digital distribution, and shape the narratives that move prospects from awareness to conversion. This is a senior role for someone who understands the full digital ecosystem and knows how to operationalize it.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Paid Media Ownership
- Own the paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Google Ads, Quora, and emerging platforms.
- Build channel-specific targeting strategies rooted in insights across Retail and Industrial buyer behavior.
- Partner with management on messaging and creative direction for all paid channels, ensuring content meets platform and performance expectations.
- Optimize campaigns with the primary KPI of driving qualified opportunities, leveraging real-time performance data to adjust targeting, creative, message and investment in order to increase conversion into sales-ready pipeline.
HubSpot Marketing Operations (Core Requirement)
- Serve as the HubSpot expert for the Growth team.
- Build and maintain lists, smart lists, and audience segments tied to ICPs and campaign strategy.
- Own data hygiene, including contact cleanup, field normalization, and lifecycle stage management.
- Develop workflows, nurtures, and automated email programs.
- Manage campaign setup, UTMs, tracking, and performance measurement directly within HubSpot.
- Ensure strong alignment between HubSpot, paid channels, and lead routing processes.
Content Strategy & Development
- Own the content strategy and calendar across Retail and Industrial campaigns.
- Drive the creation of high-quality content that supports demand generation and awareness, including:
- Blogs, case studies, and customer stories
- Industry insights and trend reports
- Email campaigns and landing pages
- Paid media copy
- Product narratives and sales-focused materials
- Ensure content is tailored to specific audience segments, funnel stages, industry verticals, and channel types.
- Maintain consistent brand voice while adjusting messaging for retail vs. industrial buyers.
Audience & Market Insights
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity.
- Turn insights into content themes, targeting strategies, and campaign direction.
- Use HubSpot and paid media data to refine personas and prioritize messaging.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across HubSpot, paid media, and organic channels.
- Track digital performance and interpret metrics such as CTR, engagement, conversion, CPL, and MQL quality.
- Use insights to optimize content, audiences, creative, and distribution strategy.
- Present performance updates and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to ensure alignment across messaging and GTM priorities.
- Contribute insights and recommendations during business reviews, planning cycles, and campaign retrospectives.
Who You Are
- Experience in digital marketing, paid media strategy, and HubSpot Marketing Hub (required).
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads and expertise across Meta, Reddit, Google Ads, and similar channels.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both retail and industrial audiences.
- Comfortable managing external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Analytical, organized, and proactive able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Long standing knowledge with GA4, Salesforce, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience with ABM, integrated campaign planning, or high-growth B2B environments.
- Interest in retail innovation, digital commerce, and industrial modernization trends.
