About the Role 

Responsible for proactive outbound demand generation based on VTEX’s target account list. Combines automation, AI, and market intelligence to identify decision-makers, initiate relevant conversations, and generate opportunities for the Sales team.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound demand generation strategies based on VTEX’s target account list.
  • Identify decision-makers using data, automation, and AI tools.
  • Personalize outreach at scale to initiate relevant, high-quality conversations.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and route them to Sales.
  • Continuously optimize outbound strategies based on performance insights.
  • Apply AI to improve targeting accuracy and outreach effectiveness.

Who you are 

  • Experienced in outbound, sales development, or lead development roles.
  • Comfortable working with target account strategies and structured outreach.
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented.
  • Skilled at personalization and value-based communication.
  • Curious about automation, AI, and market intelligence tools.
