About the Role

As the President of B2B - North America, you will be the ultimate executive leader responsible for the strategy, growth, profitability (P&L), and market penetration of VTEX's B2B business across the United States and Canada.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, your mission will be to orchestrate a flawless Go-To-Market machine by unifying the Sales and Marketing organizations under your leadership. You will be the ultimate owner of maximizing our Annual Contract Value (ACV), ensuring that every demand generation initiative translates into tangible pipeline, account acquisition, and Enterprise expansion. You will serve as the face of VTEX to C-level executives at B2B corporations and define the standard of excellence for corporate commerce in the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. ACV, Sales, and Marketing Leadership

  • ACV Growth Ownership: Aggressively lead the value capture strategy, acting as the ultimate executive responsible for the sustained acceleration of the region's Annual Contract Value (ACV).
  • Total Go-To-Market Alignment: Provide unified direction for the Enterprise Sales and B2B Marketing teams. You will eliminate silos to ensure that demand generation, brand positioning, and deal closures operate as a single, high-performance revenue engine.
  • Hybrid Team Direction: Attract, align, and mentor leaders across Sales, B2B Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success throughout North America.

2. Executive Strategy & P&L

  • P&L Management: Govern the financial outcomes of the B2B business unit, optimizing marketing spend (CAC), net revenue retention (NRR), and the overall profitability of the operation.
  • Strategic Account Closing: Actively participate as the Executive Sponsor in complex negotiations, securing multi-year, high-ACV contracts alongside CEOs and enterprise buying committees.

3. Alliances & Channel Ecosystem

  • Partner Amplification: Consolidate strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and specialized agencies to co-create joint marketing strategies and drive indirect pipeline generation.

4. Market Voice & Strategic Direction

  • Market Intelligence: Leverage market insights—captured through both marketing campaigns and direct sales engagements—to provide continuous feedback to the global Product teams, ensuring the rapid evolution of the VTEX B2B Suite.
  • Industry Positioning: Elevate VTEX’s visibility in North America as the undisputed benchmark for B2B digital transformation and the adoption of AI-driven architectures.

Profile Requirements

  • Hybrid Sales & Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience aggressively leading full B2B sales cycles *AND* simultaneously directing B2B marketing strategies and teams (ideally within SaaS, Supply Chain, ERPs, or digital commerce environments).
  • ACV Scaling Track Record: A demonstrable history of driving explosive and predictable ACV growth, with a proven ability to manage high-impact marketing budgets and complex P&L structures
