Implementation Manager
The Customer Success organization is focused on ensuring clients receive the maximum value from our products and our experts in Product Education, Implementation, Success Management and Support to deliver business outcomes. Together, the teams are focused on retaining and growing our client base.
This role is within the Implementation Services team. This team is responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of VTS’ leasing, asset management and digital marketing platform for our clients and continuously improving time to value.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be supporting both clients and internal teams with onboarding client data onto the platform and guiding them through the approval and early adoption process. To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in project management and ideally SaaS. One must also have strong communication skills and is comfortable working and making decisions independently.
Here’s what you can expect as an Implementation Manager
- Work cross-functionally across teams at VTS to ensure a consistent client experience from pre-sale through to implementation and ongoing support
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through portfolio go-live to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and satisfies desired implementation outcomes
- Facilitate recurring project management meetings to ensure the client is meeting project milestones and their expectations are being met
- Create bespoke implementation plans based on client goals, including tailored data collection (automation where possible) and workflows
- Support the client with their technical onboarding
