Senior Product Manager, Integrations
As a Senior Product Manager for Integrations at VTS, you will drive the strategy, development, and management of integrations across our multiple product lines, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering, customer teams and external partners to design and deliver integrations that allow seamless experience and drive value for all stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for the well-rounded product manager to build upon their product management and technical skills to drive impact across all of our products at VTS. You will join a skilled and fun group of product managers with diverse backgrounds and experience. What you can expect as a Senior Product Manager, Integrations:
- You will scale how integrations are built within the organization
- Partner with Staff+ engineers and your squad to find technical solutions that unlock our ability to build integrations faster and more reliably
- Internal team enablement - you will enhance our developer’s processes and how they work
- Measure and synthesize the quantitative and qualitative feedback on your products, and share these findings with your team and senior management
- Develop a roadmap that aligns customer value and business goals
- Lead the rollout of internally built integrations through limited availability and general availability
- Communicate and form alignment with groups both internal and external to the company. These include engineering, design, QA, executive team, partners, sales, and our customers
To succeed in this role:
- You have experience as a Product Manager in an SaaS or B2B startup, ideally working on a developer ecosystem or platform team
- You have a strong technical competence, ability and affinity for tackling technical projects
- You have ideally created your own applications on third-party platforms ex. Slack, Shopify, Salesforce etc.
- You are a truly empathetic listener: to your team, stakeholders and our customers
- You love talking to customers
- You are clear and concise in your communication
- You care deeply about best product practices and standards – just shipping isn’t enough for you
