Salesforce Administrator
This role is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to configure and design Salesforce in a manner that improves the efficiency of the entire Customer Journey.
What you can expect as a Salesforce Administrator:
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, administrative support, maintenance and improvement of the platform, including profile & user management, roles, standard and custom objects, reports and automation
- Gather requirements, scope, document, and manage Salesforce projects end-to-end
- QA and validate changes that impact the existing system through Salesforce
- Audit, monitor and cleanse data as needed
- Review all outstanding Salesforce requests and coordinate work with our Salesforce Architect to prioritize and organize projects into sprints
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Salesforce.com administration experience, Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Experience in data migration and integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- You are self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue model and prior experience with NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, JavaScript, IPaaS (Ceigo, Workato) are a plus
