Senior Growth Marketing Manager

New York, New York, United States

VTS is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own integrated campaign strategy for our core business segments. This is a strategic role for someone who thinks in full-funnel campaigns about how we come to market, not just channels. You'll create the campaigns, integrating product launches, thought leadership, brand, and demand generation from concept through execution, and own how they come to life across paid and organic channels, managing agencies and directly owning select channels yourself.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll work alongside a strong marketing team while also being someone who moves fast independently, using AI and other tools to prototype ideas, test messaging, and explore new channels and activations before scaling them. You'll work closely with sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM Engineering to move target accounts from unaware to aware to actively engaged, and to measure what actually matters.

** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. **

What Makes This Job Awesome? You will...

  • Develop and lead integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies - from brand awareness through pipeline creation and deal acceleration - tailored to VTS's key business segments and buyer personas.
  • Translate product positioning, market trends, and sales intelligence into campaign concepts and content ideas that actually move buyers.
  • Own the campaign calendar: prioritize programs based on business impact, pipeline goals, and what's happening in the market.
  • Partner tightly with sales to understand where deals get stuck, what accounts need attention, and how marketing can help move them.
  • Define and own how marketing success is measured in a modern buying environment - think account engagement, pipeline influence, buyer journey progression, and revenue impact rather than traditional lead volume metrics. Work closely with Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering to build the instrumentation, attribution models, and reporting frameworks that connect campaign activity to real business outcomes.
  • Manage and direct external agencies across paid media, SEO, social, and other distribution channels - ensuring they execute against your strategy with rigor and accountability.
  • Oversee distribution and amplification across paid and organic channels, including paid media, SEO, email, social, content, and beyond. You don't need to pull every lever yourself, but you need to deeply understand how each works, how they interact, and how to get the most out of the agencies and partners executing against your strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools to move fast - rapidly prototype campaign concepts, test messaging and creative, explore new channels and activations, and iterate without always needing to wait on resources. You'll have a creative team to work with, but you should be comfortable using AI to get to a first version, test a hypothesis, or launch something scrappy before scaling it.
  • Build and leverage cross-functional relationships including activating internal thought leaders and execs to help shape narrative, amplify campaigns, and bring the VTS point of view to market in an authentic way.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 5-8 years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign strategy at a SaaS or technology company
  • A track record of building campaigns from scratch and driving measurable pipeline results from them
  • Have incorporated AI into how they research, write, test, and build, and are always looking for ways to move faster and get to better work.
  • Deep understanding of the full funnel: how enterprise or mid-market buyers move from awareness to consideration to purchase, and how marketing accelerates that at every stage
  • Experience working closely with sales: you've been in deal reviews, you understand the pipeline, and sales teams trust your work
  • Ability to lead and hold agencies accountable across paid and organic channels; you've managed vendor relationships and know when they're performing
  • Strong analytical instincts where you’ve defined your own success metrics, pulled your own data, and made decisions based on what's actually working
  • An integrated campaign thinker: you start with the audience and the insight, not the channel
  • Background that includes both startup and larger company experience - you know how to move fast, own a lot, and operate without a lot of infrastructure, but you also have exposure to what good looks like at scale

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
