Role

As a key member of Vultron, you will:

• Own architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems.

• Define and deliver scalable, secure, performant foundations for 10x growth.

• Make critical technical decisions with clear tradeoff analysis.

• Build, lead, and retain high-caliber engineers who love their work

• Cultivate a strong engineering culture focused on speed, impact, and continuous learning.

• Establish pragmatic development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools

• Maintain high standards for system reliability, usability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as an engineering manager with full-stack responsibility.

• Track record delivering user-facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus).

• Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.

• Strong technical judgment and project management skills.

• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity.

• Experience working with customers, sales, or support teams.

• Must be located in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate.
