Role
As a key member of Vultron, you will:

Own architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems.

Define and deliver scalable, secure, performant foundations for 10x growth.

Make critical technical decisions with clear tradeoff analysis.

Build, lead, and retain high-caliber engineers who love their work

Cultivate a strong engineering culture focused on speed, impact, and continuous learning.

Establish pragmatic development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools

Maintain high standards for system reliability, usability, and performance.
Qualifications
-
3-5+ years as an engineering manager with full-stack responsibility.

Track record delivering user-facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus).

Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.

Strong technical judgment and project management skills.

Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity.

Experience working with customers, sales, or support teams.
-
Must be located in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate.
