VaynerX is looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Manager, Business Development to join our holding company growth team. This is not a siloed agency role; you will be a key driver of growth across the entire VaynerX portfolio (VaynerMedia, ChukMedia, Tamara Group etc.)
The Manager, Business Development is responsible for driving our development cycle, managing a robust multi-agency pipeline, and ensuring our proven approach to business development is executed with precision. You will sit at the center of the action, connecting the dots between brand needs and our diverse capabilities to drive revenue and market share.
The Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the VaynerX business development pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked, nurtured, and moved through the sales stages with velocity.
- Cross-Agency Orchestration: Act as the primary connector between various VaynerX entities, facilitating collaboration and integrated pitches that leverage the full power of the holding company.
- Pitch Management: Drive the end-to-end pitch process, including stakeholder coordination, brief development, deck creation, and rehearsal logistics.
- Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling within existing client relationships across the portfolio.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain impeccable data integrity within our CRM systems, providing leadership with real-time insights, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with internal agency leads and external intermediaries to keep VaynerX top-of-mind for upcoming RFPs and projects.
- Operational Excellence: Improve and standardize biz dev processes, from initial outreach templates to final contract handoffs.
The Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or growth within a fast-paced agency, marketing team or start-up environment.
- The Vayner DNA: You are obsessed with consumer attention, culture-hacking, and the "Vayner" way of modern marketing.
- Project Management Ninja: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can take complex capabilities and turn them into a compelling narrative.
- Collaborative Spirit: A natural "dot-connector" who thrives in a decentralized environment and can influence stakeholders across different teams.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), Google Workspace, and presentation software (Keynote/Google Slides), and leading AI tools (Gemini, Claude etc.)
Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions; you identify gaps and fill them.

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
