Job Description
Waltz Health is looking for a driven and action-oriented Senior Manager, Client Implementation to lead product rollouts across Waltz health product lines and client types. As a Senior Manager, Client Implementation, you will act as Waltz Health’s client point of contact for product implementations, coordinating with client and Waltz internal teams to ensure timely and effective product launches. In this role, you will directly impact the success of Waltz Health product launches, driving program decisions and project milestones while building relationships and trust with our clients. In addition, you will act as the escalation point for clients and internal teams in the post-launch period, ensuring optimal program performance via data reporting and optimization request management.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Client Operations and partner with the analytics, marketing, product, and technology teams within Waltz Health. Success in this role requires an organized and analytical professional who combines strong project management experience with excellent communication and client engagement skills.
You will primarily focus on the following responsibilities:
- Own client implementations end to end; develop client implementation plans, track progress, drive toward maximizing program value day 1, and coordinate launch activities.
- Actively manage client and Waltz internal teams to achieve milestones with excellence and on time, employing creative problem solving when barriers are identified.
- Full understand client primary goals and tailor each implementation to meet the client's goals and constraints.
- Report key metrics and findings to client post-launch, coordinate internal and external huddles, and address post-launch escalations.
In the first 90 days, you will:
- Gain a strong understanding of Waltz Health products, clients, and implementation approach.
- Gradually expand responsibility over client implementations.

Additionally, you have the following experiences:
- Required:
- 4+ years previous experience in implementation and/or project management, preferably client-facing.
- Previous experience working on SaaS/technology integration projects.
- Desire to work hands-on, ability to thrive a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed problem solver with experience developing and improving processes.
- Experience working in or with a PBM or Health plan, or ability to get up to speed quickly on a complex industry.
- Previous experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Preferred:
- Experience interfacing with client teams.
- Experience working for a start-up company, pharmacy, health plan, or PBM.

Pay Range
$100k - $149k annual salary
