Job Description

Waltz Health is looking for an organized, persistent, and friendly Sales Operations contributor. Teamwork, collaboration and execution will be critical to success in this role. You will own the sales support and task completion for products that will improve millions of peoples’ lives. You will collaborate across our leadership team on strategy, planning, development and implementation of Waltz Health’s services.  

You will work closely with our co-founders and C-suite team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the fastest growing area of pharmacy and who would like to be part of an exciting start up journey.

This role reports to our SVP, Growth Strategy.  You will primarily focus on the following responsibilities:

Achieve Organizational Growth Goals

  • Sign clients and prospects to contracts for Waltz services.
  • Track prospect status and move clients through the sales lifecyle.
  • Identify and address barriers to growth and offer solutions to address.

Grow the Waltz Health Sales Pipeline

  • Prospect and engage new accounts.
  • Develop new partnerships and reseller agreements.
  • Aid resellers in upselling.

Expand Industry Footprint and Brand

  • Represent Waltz Health at conferences, webinars, and executive forums.
  • Partner with Marketing to orchestrate thought leadership content to boost Waltz’s profile among PBMs and health plans.

We'd love for you to have these qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years PBM/Pharmacy or Health Plan experience
  • 3-5 years Sales or Product experience
