
Senior Analyst, Manufacturing
Warby Parker is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Manufacturing Analyst to join our Manufacturing team and help us ensure customer orders are produced to the best quality, cost, and delivery time. In this role, you’ll work with the Senior Manufacturing Manager and both internal and third-party labs, using analyses to identify opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally to support large projects, and driving manufacturing efficiencies. What you'll do:
- Own key metrics reporting and data analytics for the Manufacturing department
- Work with internal and third-party labs to ensure exceptional production performance
- Analyze a wide range of metrics to drive improvement throughout our internal manufacturing facilities and overall logistics network
- Work cross-functionally with the Order Management, Supply Chain, and Inventory and Planning teams to deliver both large-scale projects and small-scale improvements
- Monitor trends and changes both internally and in the macroenvironment to understand how they impact Warby Parker’s operations and drive action
- Create, design, and execute nimble solutions for unexpected problems both internally and externally
- Use data to shape our long-term manufacturing network design
- Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are:
- Equipped with 5+ years of experience working in an analyst role
- A hard-working team player and excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners; a self-starter
- Experienced in pulling reports and using data to drive decision making
- Able to work proactively, think creatively, and facilitate the testing of new ideas
- Comfortable working on ambiguous and open-ended problems
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products
- Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
- Experience with continuous improvement methods (DMAIC, Lean, etc.)
- Experience using warehouse management system (WMS) programs and software
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Anaplan, etc.)

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
New York Pay Range
$78,750 - $90,000 USD
